One of the side doors never wants to close. It has a feature where it automatically closes for you when you tell it to. It is nice when it works, but often it will be almost closed, and for no reason decide it needs to open back up again. I will have to turn the automatic door function off and manually close the door. Let me tell you, when you close it under your own power it takes a lot of muscle to do! Because of this issue, the van door has opened itself back up several times. I have gone outside and realized the van door was wide open for hours. It even happened once at my kid's dentist parking lot. Luckily an employee noticed and let me know. I now have to stand by the door every time we need to close it to verify it has complete shut and stays shut.

Sliding door would fail to close. Halfway closed, it would ding, report a fault and freeze there. Not great when it's -20F outside with a newborn siting there. Each time it would happen, exterior door handle would go completely limp, like the cable was no longer under any tension. Took THREE trips to the Honda dealer saying they couldn't reproduce the issue despite my providing a video.

On the last visit, it happened as I dropped it off and I asked them to leave it there until it could be looked at. They still ended up saying it couldn't be reproduced, and I asked (politely) for them to have a mechanic take the door panel off and just check. They found a damaged cable and replaced it. A few months later, a recall was put up regarding the sliding door and I took it back to get the other side looked at.

Not a good start for a new vehicle.
