The contact owns a 2019 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that the windshield was cracked twice within the last two weeks. The dealer (Honda superstore of lisle, 4475 Lincoln ave, lisle, il 60532, (630) 852-7200) replaced the windshield the first time, but it was not covered under the extended warranty. The contact went to speak to the dealer upon the second windshield crack, but they would not acknowledge the possibility of defective glass or cover the windshield repair. The manufacturer was contacted and sided with the dealer. The contact was referred back to the dealer. The failure mileage was 4,500.
