- Summary
- Tech Line Summary Article - Customers are reporting the windows roll up partially but stop and roll back down when attempting to close the sliding door windows using the Auto-Up feature. An investigation of the complaint has identified a software compatibility issue between the window switch and window regulator. We are currently working on a fix, but there is currently no recommended repair. Until a repair is made available, advise the customer to close the window using manual operation by lightly pulling up on the switch until the desired position is reached. Also, they should avoid pulling up firmly on the switch to prevent activating automatic operation and the Auto-Up feature.
