While driving on highway rear Left spring which is a ver heavy duty spring broke into pieces without any accident but could have caused catastrophic event. This needs to be investigated as per even dealer said this is very unusual, this sprng coil never breaks and could cause death. This is a metallic issue with Mattel.

The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 38,000.

There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that he was able to drive the vehicle however, after driving over a bump in the roadway, the rear end bounced several times. The contact stated that a friend drove the vehicle and confirmed that there was an issue with the rear end of the vehicle. The vehicle was then taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed the failure as rusted rear struts on the passenger-??s and driver-??s side as well as one of the struts had fractured. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure however, the contact was unaware if a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.

The original tires on this car needed to be changed around 20k miles. I asked the dealer to align it in 2021 after getting new tires. I barely put 8k miles per year on this minivan. Recently when I went for a rotation I was told that they are wearing unevenly. I went to get an alignment and was told that the rear driver Camber was out of spec and the rear passenger toe was out of spec. The problem is that you are unable to make those adjustments on the rear. This means that it came like this out of the factory and is rapidly wearing tires on the vehicles. I did a search online and found other people from 2019 model years who experience this issue. I had the knuckle on the passenger side replaced for $900. But then found out about the drivers side toe being out of spec. I find this abominable that the car came from the factory out of spec in the steering/suspension. There's no way i could have hit something hard enough to knock it out of spec without there being other damage to the car. I would like honda to reimburse me the cost and to fix the steering knuckle for the rear drivers side. I also would like a safety notice issued to people that their tires may wear rapidly due to inability to adjust camber/toe on the rear. I only noticed now when i go to get the tires aligned. Its been 5 years i had the car.

1. 2nd row driver and passenger seats do not "lock" into place when folded forward, creating a "free flying" seat when driving/in motion and an entrapment issue when parked for 3rd row passengers attempting to exit the 3rd row. This is specially dangerous on a hill. My 3 year old has been hit and injured by the seat on a several occasions. 2. engine lurches and stalls while in motion. Stalling causes potential risk for accident. 3. driver and passenger sliding door will not open on occasion. This means getting 2nd and 3rd row passengers out of trunk or climbing through to driver/passenger seat. All of these have been brought to the attention of the dealership, they cannot reproduce 1 and 3. had no solution for #2 (a simple locking addition to the seat footing would fix #2, Toyota sienna's lock on place)
