We leased a 2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L with rear entertainment and navigation. Shortly after taking possession of the vehicle, we started to hear a popping noise coming from dashboard. Then the radio, including instrument panel and dvd player started to black out and reset while driving. It has now been in the shop 3 times and hasn't been fixed properly.
The dealership is working with Honda manufacturing to resolve but they don't seem to know how to fix it. We have the car back from the dealership but it is now making the static noise again. We are trying to get the car replaced with another vehicle but due to negative equity the dealership is looking to Honda to offset the cost and make us whole. If that doesn't happen, we will force the KY lemon law and start the arbitration process.
It has been a very frustrating experience and will give us some major hesitation to ever buy or lease a Honda again.
