Radio has never worked well. I took it into the dealership 4 times and they couldn't find anything wrong. Wonder why the radio always cut out for me and never them! Yeah, right!

Purchased this 2019 Honda Odyssey in May, it is the Touring model, and unfortunately the XM Radio displays "No Signal" constantly, in the 780 miles we have driven it, it has probably only worked for 15 miles. Performed multiple resets for the signal on Sirius XM site, no avail.

I have been reading this is a common issue and wanted to report my case. I have not attempted to contact the dealership yet.

Honda knows that most of the entertainment systems are failing in the Odysseys. Why are they still selling them until it is fixed?!?! This has obviously been going on for a long time. Mine may be going back!
