2019 Honda Odyssey. Consumer writes in regards to various defects. The consumer stated all the doors unlock independently. The sliding doors, including the rear hatch, unlock and open independently and while driving. The vehicle windows and sunroof open fully independently, while the vehicle was locked.
The contact owns a 2019 Honda Odyssey. While the vehicle was parked in the driveway of the contact's home, the automatic lock system did not operate. The feature was supposed to activate when the contact was 1.5 meters away from the vehicle. The following day, the contact discovered that the doors were unlocked. The vehicle was taken to tier one auto group leasing and finance (1562 bath ave, brooklyn, NY 11228, (718) 331-3331) to be diagnosed, but no failure could be found. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and provided the contact with case number: 09741632. The contact was awaiting a request for an investigation. The failure mileage was approximately 9,000.
