They had the door latch replaced. 3. last week the back door would close but would not lock by itself. On the way to the service center, we went over a speed bump and the transmission shifted into neutral gear and shut off. An "emission system problem" warning light came on on the dash. We called road assistance to take it back to the shop. They ran extensive tests but could not find anything wrong. The technician working on it, hooked up a computer and took it home. The next day he called and indicated the transmission control computer was defective and would order it to have it replaced. Today.
