I picked up this brand new van from the dealer, and on the way driving home noticed the steering wheel shaking. Brought the car back to dealer a few dates later. Dealer did wheel balance and returned the car back to me. I still feel the steering wheel shaking and now the car is pulling left on the freeway. I brought the car back to the dealer and they did a wheel alignment and claim that the steering shaking is by design. The car is still pulling to the left and steering is shaking, dealer claimed both problems are by design. Are you serious? 2016 Honda Odyssey brand new can't have a smooth ride on freeway? Who would design a car like this? We are not in 1886, we are in 2017 now. Honda needs to step-up and fix the car problem and take care of its' customers. You can't just rely on advertising to sell cars. Sooner or later consumers will start to find out that Honda made junk. It's just a name with history. Honda reminds me of old GM days. I also own two other new cars. 2016 Dodge Charger and 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, they don't have any problems with me so far. The ride is comfortable and I'm enjoying my car. I hate to take my Honda minivan out now because it keeps giving me problems.
