Description: My 2016 Honda Odyssey has been at my repair shop since 1/16/2024. The Keyless Entry control module is on National Backorder. Part number 38329-TK8-A-01.
The part order date arrival keeps changing
First date 1/21, 2/6, 2/13 and now 2/20. The vehicle is non drive due to electrical issue.
I have been denied rental vehicle by Honda dealer and Honda America.
This is very frustrating, with one less vehicle for 5 person family.
Appears Honda knows about repair problem and parts shortages. Honda advised many Honda owners are in same situation and nothing can be done.
