CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2014 and 2015 Honda Odyssey shows an early trend of transmission problems with clunking/jerking when shifting gears.
Most of these Odyssey transmissions are still under warranty, but so far Toyota generally hasn't been able to diagnose or fix the clunking problem — that's the reason for our low rating. Some owners have reported it was a stuck solenoid, & in a few cases Honda has replaced the entire transmission.
As more of these Odysseys start exceeding the 60,000-mile powertrain warranty limit, buyer beware.

This is my third Odyssey. prior models were great, just the 2014 has this problem of rear seat rattle. Guess Honda quality has gone down. Went to dealership they verified problem and found same with brand new model on floor they said they could not do anything at this time. the car was to new.
Update from Jun 4, 2014: Dealer Rep, checked this is report thry gave
Honda Rep/xxxxx Test drove car and noted from 3rd row seat/ rattle over very rough roads/ Normal when conpaired to similar vehicle/ vehicle is operating as designed.
So what I came to a conclusion is Honda designs vechicles with rattles and they don't care
