Trying to use the hands free system sucks. Too many systems are linked to it. instead of placing a call, the a/c might turn off, or the heat might turn on, or it will change the radio station. When trying to place a call, using the talk button, the system will ask for any number of inputs which takes your concentration off the road and to trying to use the system. Dealer, David McDavid of Irving Texas said that that's the system and there is no fix. Should only have to press the talk button and say "call...so and so". Have had 2 other Odessys without any problems.
