RODNEY BOUDREAUX, HEAD OF HONDA CARS CUSTOMER SVC., TORRANCE CALIFORNIA, 310-783-3023 (fax), ignored my BBB complaint # 98687410 which was simply that SHARON of his office never told me about paying for a diagnosis on my minor problem until FINALLY when I spoke to her directly on the phone...after having received two messages from her and my returning her msgs with msgs of my own with the requested info. I began my inquiry by telling them my warranty expired long ago but that I had only 8000 miles on the vehicle and COULD THEY ACCOMODATE THIS MINOR FIX? They dilly dallied around with msgs encouraging me and then, FINALLY, when asked if there would be a charge, DINGBAT SHARON reluctantly replied that I would have to pay a diagnosis fee...and STILL she had no answer as to whether she would help me...CUSTOMER SERVICE HEADQUARTERS, HONDA MOTOR CARS; 1919 Torrance Blvd., MS500-2C-6D TORRANCE CALIFORNIA 90501; 800-999-1009 is worthless to their own company...Firing Boudreaux would be a good start.
