2011 Honda minivan has had windshield replaced 2nd time due to cracks forming in the top corner area of passenger side. Cracks formed inside the glass and look like small crystals that started to grow over the course of a few days worth of normal driving. Windshield was closely inspected prior to installation and was clear of defects. Hours after installation glass started to crack in the same general area over the passenger side.

Honda Mini-Van has third windshield cracked all within the last few weeks. Last two windshields were replaced by Honda Dealership because of crystals/snowflakes that quickly formed into the glass that seemed to be caused by pressure placed on the glass. Just got windshield replaced and a week later, no crystals in the glass this time but windshield just cracked over the passenger side about 12 inches from the roofline weatherstripping.
