Really disappointed with the paint on the Honda Odyssey. We have ONLY owned Honda's for over 40 years. Had several white Odyssey's and of course they never fade. 40 Years ago had a silver Honda station wagon and it faded and oxidized. I decided then that I would only own white Honda's. Well I broke that promise to myself and I am soooooo sorry. I bought a 2011 Odyssey that is like a charcoal grey. It began to oxidize about 4 months ago and you can see a million little cracks in the paint on the roof and hood.
Consumer Report says that Honda extended the paint warranty on the 2011 and 2012 Odyssey's. So I went to the dealership to inquire and of course it does not apply to mine.
This will probably the last Honda I own. It was a great 40 year plus run, but I am now in the market for a new make of Car. I have checked out the Honda's and they are definitely not the quality they used to be.
