The contact owns a 2009 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that the vehicle leaked fuel. The contact had to fill the fuel tank more than usual and the fuel would continue to leak. The failure caused a fuel odor to be present inside the vehicle. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to Honda of orlando (2211 North semoran blvd, orlando, fl 32807, 866-938-0927) and the power steering fluid was replaced, but the fuel leak continued. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 13,754.
While stopped at a 4 way traffic intersection w/light and with foot on the brake, the engine raced on it's own causing the car to surge ahead unexpectantly. I had to take it out of gear to avoid an accident.
