CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2007-2009 was, at one point, the best selling minivan in the United States. But 2007 owners got the short end of that deal.
Peeling paint, a whining steering pump and an easily breakable A/C condenser are all top complaints about the 2007 model year. And anyone who doesn't think a busted minivan A/C is a big deal has never taken a summer road trip with kids.
The windows roll down by itself and this is very annoying. For the first few times i thought i didn't close the windows properly. Then once i watched it rolling down by itself. Sometimes the windows rolls down so much that you can put the hand through it. I'm not comfortable leaving any stuff in the car. Hope Honda will fix for free or recall after seeing this complaints.
All 4 windows lower about an inch on their own. This occurs maybe once every 2 weeks. This has happened in my garage and on parking lots. The dealer has no idea of the cause or the fix. The dealer suggested that I was hitting the unlock button twice on the remote with triggers an all window down hot weather feature. I started leaving the remote at home and using the key to lock/unlock the van but the problem still persist. Has anyone else had this problem, and more importantly has anyone found a dealer that corrected the problem.
Occasionally all 4 windows come down about 1 in my 2007 Honda Odyssey. This happens without the controls being touched and always while the car is parked, locked, and unoccupied. I dont know if they go down when Im closing the drivers door or if it happens when I unlock the door using the remote. I have intentionally tried to recreate the problem without success. The Odyssey only has 10,000 miles on it and the problem has only started occurring in the last 2,000 miles. So far, this hasnt happened when it was raining!
The power windows, front and back, have been found to be down slightly. It's evident when we start driving and we hear wind noise. I used the LOCK button today to make sure I wasn't accidentally hitting the window buttons. Afterwards, upon coming back from a restaurant, all the windows were down several inches. Seems like it is getting worse. Being electrically locked or not makes no difference since it happens in the garage too.
