I had the windshield replaced. Ever since then, windshield washer doesn't function well. The windshield washer fluid barely wets the bottom of the windshield. The problem seems to be dependent on the outside temperature. Below freezing it gets worse and at 25F there is no pump pressure at all. I took the car to the Honda repair shop twice but they are unable to find the cause.
