The contact had to apply force to the sliding door in order to open it and to ensure that it was closed. The contact also stated that the window regulator was not contacting the lever arm properly. The vehicle was taken to a dealer who diagnosed that the power window regulator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 81,000.
