My brake fluid is leaking from the front calipers of my brand new van. Honda has replaced the pads twice and the calipers once already. I had to add over a pint of fluid to get the light to go off - it is now leaking out again. Is this not a very serious issue? I get little concern from my dealer other than a remark to bring the thing back in again and again with no explanation or permanent fix.
When braking, severe grinding noise right front. Dealer said calipers were leaking on to pads causing noise. Replaced calipers and pads. Lasted a week, same noise, dealer again replaced pads and calipers. Said they have had a lot of complaints but don't know why it is happening. Not a safe condition.
