SRS light stays on. According to my mechanic, it is a SRS fault 1-1 which is a resistance issue at assembly, not the coil.

The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 165,555.

Accord8ng to the mechanic friend, I could have gotten a new car after all the repairs from the recall. Call Honda on this and they said it's your responsibility to ensure you take the car for recall repair. We are not responsible for missing recall letters, even if I never receive them

The airbags on my Honda were recalled and we had them replaced at nanuet Honda where we purchased the car. Thinking after we had them replaced that they would actually work if we got into and accident. The Honda hit a deer on the highway and the whole front end was destroyed and the airbags never went off. Please see pictures below. We paid a lot of money for this car due to the safety features and not having them work is unacceptable. Please check into this because other people will have there families in the car and would like to make people aware of the malfunction of the airbag because my airbags were replaced with the recall and did not work. Takata recall my van was part of the recall and the fix was done but when it is humid outside then my SRS light comes on and stays on. When we go down South to Florida then the SRS light comes on and stays on until we get into less humid weather. We are planning on moving back down South and we are worried that the airbags are not fixed right. Also the passenger headlamp goes out twice as fast as the drivers side. I have to replace the passenger side headlamp twice before I have to replace the drivers side.
