Lap and shoulder belt in rear seat had retracted around child's neck after child unlatched belt. When it retracted around child's neck it left a red mark around child's neck. Seat belt had locked, and had to be cut to get loose. Contacted dealer, and dealer stated seat belt was built according to government regulations.
When the left back restraint was released, it retracted with the passenger still in restraint. Owner had to cut the restraint to release the child. The right back restraint initially was slow in retracting, now it is locked and fully retracted leaving the restraint completely unusable.
When the far rear restraint was released it retracted with passenger still in the restraint. Owner had to cut the restraint. Manufacturer has been notified and will repair the vehicle.
