So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
Intermittent failure to start or immediate stall with all dash lights going out. Next, it stalled while I was going through a busy intersection at rush hour. I managed to avoid a crash and turn into a driveway. It started up after a few tries. It is now at a local repair shop. Mechanic says it is ignition switch failure. I would have it towed to the dealer, but for some reason it is not included in ignition switch recall #02vi20000. Will have local mechanic repair, would like Honda to reimburse.
The van lost power at highway speed and had to be shut down and restarted. There may be a faulty ignition module, although no "check engine" light occurs.
