Honda Insight had a BCM update listed for known problems with lighting on the car. Since the update my auto hi-beams will stop responding after about 30 minutes of driving. The only way to get them to work again is to shut the car off and restart. A re-flash of the system did not fix the problem. Honda of America has no interest in fixing the problem and basically ignored me and told me to have the dealer deal with it.
It's nearly impossible to reproduce since you have to be driving at night and you have to drive for at least 20 minutes or more before the problem arises. Since the dealers are closed then there is no way for them to verify except for a full video of the situation I gave them. Basically like the 3 monkeys of see, hear, say no evil. It doesn't exist since they refuse to see it.
