These seats are poorly designed. The headrest pushes your head forward and rapidly causes neck, shoulder, and related arm pain. The bottom seat is so hard that your hip bones hurt, your tailbone hurts and you find yourself twisting to relieve the pressure.
The headrests slant so far forward that the muscles in my neck and shoulders are under constant stress, no matter how high or low I position the headrest, causing neck pain. I thought I could just get a different headrest, but I haven't found one yet that fits into the setback. Driving without a headrest is definitely not the solution.
