I can hear the engine at times when it sounds like lifters are stuck and I your very very faint ticking sounds. The noise goes away but it concerns me on a brand new vehicle. Yes its well within warranty and I'm so glad I bought the extended warranty from Honda but this is not the first new Honda HRV I bought. You know...,now that I think about it I bought a 2021 HRV Sport AWD and I remember the same thing.
