After owning the car for almost a year, I started to notice that the heated seats wouldn't stay warm for very long. Upon turning the seat heater to High, it would get hot fast, but within about two minutes the heat would dissipate and never return. Turning the heater off and on again or restarting the vehicle did nothing.
I took the vehicle to Honda and they found that the seat heater control module needed to be replaced. The part was replaced and it's working now.
