I cannot listen to the radio. There is constant static, sometimes low, more frequently high. I frequently have to turn the radio off because it is so annoying. The service center compared my car to another of the same model and year and it too had the same static problem. The service person said that there was nothing to be done. The sales manager has failed to call me back after I left a message. I am wondering if this common problem cannot be fixed by an update? I expect my new car to have a working radio.
