After my first ride in my New 2016 Honda HR-V EXL, the leather seats had large bubbles or large wrinkles as though had been separated from the foam support. I took to Gwinnett Place Honda in Duluth GA and they said they could not fix. I called American Honda and spoke to representative Ms Stevie who directed me to take to dealer and they would take pictures and they would send to her. She then reported back to me that there was nothing wrong with the leather seats covers and that it was normal wear.
The front driver seat feels as though when I am sitting in it I am leaning to the right (large bubble is on the right). After a 200 mile trip, my lower back and neck hurt for days, probably from compensating for the soft spot on the right side of the drivers seat.
