We had an extremely BAD experience regarding product (Honda City VMT-ivtec). The car was delivered on 5/8/2015 at approx 4pm and while driving within half a km there was major problem of suspension in the car. Loud noise was coming up from the car. Realizing this we went back to the showroom and showed the car to concerned person. He informed there is some mistake and took the car to service center. My son went along with their driver. Driver immediately informed the car has got some major defect. Mechanic too informed about some defect with suspension.
This is totally NOT ACCEPTABLE from Honda for a BRAND NEW car for which full cash is paid. Now I left the car at their showroom itself.
