The TPMS sensors went bad in my car on 3 separate occasions They were all the same part number and original equipment on my car. . The first one went bad on 9/13/2013. The second one went bad on 12/10/13 and the third and forth ones went bad on 11/14/2014.
I called Honda Customer Service and spoke to Alex at American Honda Customer Service in Torrance, California. I was under an extended warranty and each time I had the service it cost me a $100. Which was a total of $300 out of pocket expenses for me. I am the original owner of the car, and the car has always been serviced at Honda in Fort Bend County, Rosenberg, Texas. I asked Alex at Honda Customer Service for my money back and he offered me a $150.00 Honda credit. I asked for him to send me a email stating his offer and he said that was not going to happen. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said that was not going to happen. I contacted the better business bureau in California and Alex never contacted them. Every time that TPMS sensor light went on I had to go and have someone check my tires, than if that did not work head over to the dealer.
