I called the dealer ( Hersons Honda) and they said that there was no way it would have exploded because “ it is a tempered glass . I realized I was not going anywhere with this person and called HONDA CORP. (1-800-999-1009) and the person took all my information and then told me that I would have to take the car to the dealer in for them to inspect the car and determine if was a faulty glass. I told him that if the car moved, the glass would fall and there would be nothing to be inspected. The guy told me that if the dealer wanted they could go to my house (I live about 2 miles) and look at the car but he could not force the dealer to come to my house. I called the dealer again and asked to speak to the service manager, explained him the situation and he said he could not send anybody here and the “best suggestion he could give me was to call the insurance€ UAU, like I f needed him to tell me that!!, I know I have insurance!!, and a deductible too!!!!. Long history short, it will cost about 1,400.00, and given the type of glass, I'm pretty sure that the glass company will screw up something and this will not be done right at the first time. As usual, car dealers and car companies are good for one thing, sell you the car, after that, you are on your own!!! I would have imagined that Honda would have learned something with Toyota€¦,guess not!!
