Honda Dealership tells me to call Honda America about my cars problem. Honda America tells me to call Honda Care. Honda Care tells me to call Honda America. Honda America finally tells me to go back to the dealership and have the problem inspected. Dealer takes pictures of the crack and sends an email, and then I get a call saying they aren't going to fix it because it's out of warranty. The problem is cars aren't supposed to crack under normal use in 5 years. This is not normal and I'm a little pissed off. This is Honda #2 and you can be damn sure that if something doesn't change about it...it'll be the last Honda I ever own. Customer service my ass.
