I have had this in many times for this same problem. Honda dealer refuses to put the reason for visit (drivetrain inspection) on service order. Claims the new "diagnostics" would find a problem, he will NOT inspect the problem. What the heck is the 100,000 mile/10 year warranty good for anyway? I certainly will never buy another Honda! My 2015 has had issues since I purchased it too and Honda refuses to fix/compensate foe the issues. Two new batteries in 2 years and the horrible paint job and forget the "clear coat" paint saver. It doesn't work. My new car with 87 miles has had millions of spiderweb scratches from day one!
