The blower seems to go in and out on the AC/heater. The vehicle itself will produce cool or warm air, but the blower works sporadically. There seems to be a rattle under the hood when the AC is running, too. It disappears when I turn the AC off. I've only had to go a few car rides without air conditioning. During a few rides, I'll have the air on and suddenly the blower will decide to work halfway through the ride.

I had my ac control panel replaced after my blower motor and transmitter were replaced because i still had problems with my ac. Example: Ac was on high and blowing as if I had it on low, then it started blowing warm air. I called Honda and they took my car in again (note: this is now the 3rd time for the same problem) they replaced the control panel.. I picked my car up on 6/14/07 and today 6/17/07 my air is blowing warm air...
