Passenger door closes but not securely. Feels loose, but does not open unexpectedly.Fairly often the "door open" warning lights up even though the door is "closed." This is potentially a very unsafe situation. Fortunately no small kids in the family and not often are passengers in the back, But for others this could be an accident waiting to happen. A friend of mine bought a used Element at Car Max and it has the same problem so mine is nit an isolated case.
