: the contact stated the vehicle's horn died for the fifth time. The horn was quieter in sound until it finally dies. The service dealer installed a new type of horn in the vehicle in April 2005, however this horn had also stopped functioning. Updated 10/25/2006 - the horn has been replaced/repaired five times. The technician at the dealer is unable to determine was keeps causing the horn to fail.
The consumer has had consistent problems with the vehicle's factory installed horn and alarm. The dealer was unable to remedy the communication system. Other problems were; the bumper cover would pop out intermittently, the right side corner piece was loose, the horn sound was abnormal and anti-freeze was leaking.
The horn and the alarm system failed to operate properly. The dealer made repairs back in Dec. 15, 2003 and now the problem has recurred, the sound of the horn diminished when used and the auto remote was failing to activate the alarm system. The vehicle will be taken to the dealer.
Problems with windshield, cd player, horn and alarm. The windshield cracked after a small piece of debris hit it. The cd player stopped working after it had been playing for 5 hours. The right side bumper fell off.
