It took the dealership 3 months to repair. They couldn't get the part and then when they did, it was broken and had to order another part. After I contacted the corporate office, my car was fixed in 2 days. 3 months is a long time to go without your 2 year old vehicle!!

I’m on multiple Honda Clarity forums. This is a common problem as several Honda Clarity owners have had the same issue - their car blows hot air from 1-3 years ago while cars they have owned for 10 plus years have no problems with the A/C. This is clearly a quality control issue -buyer be aware.
