Great car. Just wish they knew how to build a transmission! The trans is making a hell of a racket, suppose I now have to find someone who won't rip me off for a repair on my commuter car. Still getting 38 mpg with a F..ed up trans.
knew I should have stayed with a stansered drive train!
Update from Feb 24, 2014: Took it to a local trans shop who is authorized to work on a CVT. They removed the trans and found the bearing on the main shaft let loose. With the bearing throwing extra parts in the trans... other things went wrong. Anyhow, now have a very quiet trans with two year 24k warranty.
3,000 to rebuild my trans.
Honda Corp was a total loss. Wont buy another Honda or cvt trans again!
