Honda has a problem with head bolts losing threads on head. Tech said it happens often on v-6 and v-8 but this is the first I4 he has seen it on. I guess this is spontaneous loss of threads or an over torque error at factory that does not show up until 50,000+ miles. Dealer carried out $1000 investigation (dealer changed pan gasket, rear seal, now says sheared head bolts) before he found a problem he could not solve without replacing the entire engine.
