Problem description | Not as reliable as it is intended to be.
I loved my Civic LX 2018 until Tuesday, March 12th. As it started snowing, I kicked the windshield wipers switch for clearer visibility while I was driving on the Hwy 40. Unfortunately for me the wiper motor didn’t respond to the command when I needed it the most. I called Honda in the early hours of Wednesday the thirteenth they have sent a towing to pick up the vehicle to the garage. By 11:00 a message was left on my voicemail to come to pick up the car.
The wipers started working magically until this morning when started it and tested it didn’t work again. I drove for 24 kilometres to work without the wipers. I called Honda at 4:10 PM to report the safety concerns. At around 5:30 it started working again.
Not as reliable as it is intended to be.
