The vehicle was taken to Honda of stevens creek (800-692-2129, located at 4590 stevens creek blvd, san jose, ca 95129), but the cause of the failure could not be determined. The sun roof was replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, stated that there was no recall, and provided the contact with a reference number. The failure mileage was approximately 21,000.
