Honda service found that valve cover gasket was leaking oil with a cost to repair of $394... 3 months after the extended warranty expired at 6 years, not the 100,000 miles. Car has 81,000 miles. Identified as an issue that may require attention in the future.

Honda dealer reported that timing chain cover was leaking and needed immediate attention with a cost of $1500 to fix... 3 months after extended warranty expired at 6 years, not 100,000 miles. Car has 81,000 miles. Searching online I found owners with 10,000 miles having the same problem. This should be fixed by Honda as a recall as it is a known defect with the 1.5T engine.

"Small" oil leak in 2017 Civic touring with 63k miles on it. Added dye to diagnose, drove 1,000 miles and had it looked at again. Not leaking yet. Waiting...
