I left work, got in the car, shut the door, then heard glass falling. I turned around and saw the entire rear windshield shattered into small shards of glass from edge to edge. This vehicle was in great condition prior to the spontaneous shattering of the rear windshield. There were no prior accidents, no window cracks, and no objects struck the window before this incident occurred. The vehicle is a lease under a 3 year warranty, I put in a claim for a defect in the glass and was rejected by Honda. They refused to test for any defects, simply wouldn't honor the warranty without verifying the validity of the claim.
