Bought this "certified used" Honda in Feb. 2018, from same salesman who sold me my new 2009 in 2010. Shortly after, SRS airbag error starting showing on dash. I've been into the dealer approximately 6 times to have them fix it as it's still under warranty due to the low mileage.
Going in again this Tues, for same issue. Last time I was informed that there had been some body work on this car and did I know who did the work. Didn't show up on CarFax, salesman was surprised as this was a certified car. The last time the car went in on Sat 11/24/2018, was called to pick up car on Thurs 11/29. I was given a loaner but informed if a loaner was necessitated again I would have to pay for a rental fee. Told the car had been for a long test drive to insure no warning came on. 120 miles had been added. 12/1, error message again. Back to dealer, service advisor rude and informed me I had dinged him $600 out of his pay for bad internet review, and he had been reprimanded. I hadn't given him a bad review, just Honda, but I hadn't been as glowing about him as he had wanted, which he had made very clear to me, verbally and with an email. When I informed him a 120 miles had been added to my mileage he replied "must have been a typo". I knew how many many miles were on the car when it went in! I left with a very emotionally troubled feeling, sick and tired of dealing with them.
Feeling like I have no recourse and that I'm getting nowhere with this issue. I can't even sell the car like this or get a good trade in. Honda said they would give me a trade in value of $16,000. I paid $13,249 cash plus $6000 trade in, in Feb. 2018. 10 months ago!
