The leather on the Touring model is of sub-par quality and workmanship for even Lada or Skoda standards. The seat stitching is coming apart and Honda's solution is "It's the characteristics of the new 2016 Honda Civic" and they won't replace it. Apparently leather separating at the seams is normal because Honda's engineer claims that this car is mass produced. Having said that, there is nothing I can do to fix this leather seat from falling apart unless I pay for it myself while under warranty. "DO NOT BUY THIS CAR...IT IS RIDDLED WITH QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP ISSUES IN EVERY CATEGORY THAT YOU CAN THINK OF." Honda has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced with a auto manufacturer. I am not alone with Honda's disgust...trust me.
