I had the interior illumination kit installed in my new 2016 Honda Civic at concord Honda ca, only to find there's no illumination! The official photo on the Honda website is color enhanced and deceptive. You can't even tell you've had it installed! I'm very angry as I paid $250 and Honda will not refund me, instead offering a $125 discount on a future accessory. I was told they knew of this problem as past customers have complained, yet they still sell the part! It's very unprofessional, and shady! I doubt I will purchase Honda again for this discraceful treatment of me.
