It started several months after I bought the vehicle. I went to the 2 different dealerships, they just update the system and it starts again. I think it was a Bluetooth conflict at the beginning because of 2 phones trying to connect at same time but no. Sent multiple emails to Honda Canada and never received an answer, they look like they don't care.

I like Honda but I hate their service. And for sure I will not buy the 2021, it is ugly, looks like my 2010 with the 2018 front....

Constant beeping noise coming from the audio unit. Fuzzy lines glitched out the whole system too.

I have reported this issue to three different dealers, no one can fix it. They keep saying they have upgraded the software, but I think it can be a connection issue. It is so annoying when you're driving the car.

I have the 7 inch touch screen infotainment system, and it generally works well. However, there's a fluke in mine that cause the beep sound made when you touch the screen to start beeping uncontrollably and sometimes continuously for minutes on end with no one touching the screen. It's honestly like the car has a ghost. :) This happens at various intervals and isn't super predictable. But I'd say it happens at least once a week, if not more at times.
