The TPMS Light comes on randomly. I complained at least 5-6 times at the dealership. Now, I've called Honda Customer Service in CA and they said they would talk to the Vann York Honda group to figure out what to do. Ok, now they are trying to say that I have 4/32 of tread left and I need to replace the tires to fix the problem.
Bullshit! The tires passed the State of NC Inspection (Vann York was the one that did the inspection), but they say that is the problem.
I told them that they can buy the new tires for me since these are still good for another year. They, of course refused. I want the problem fixed or I am going to file a lawsuit to make them go public of the problem if they do not fix this. They can buy back the car for what I paid for it or they can give me new tires or fix the damn problem. I wonder what the upper management would do if they heard about this? (corporate Honda). I am still taking the car in on Monday, again, so they can take a picture of my tires and some other stupid things.
Honda was my car of choice, but if I have to trade this car in for a different one, I will try my best to sue.
If anyone has found a solution, I would greatly appreciate the information.
