I'm supposed got a free trial that doesn't end until Dec 2, 2018 and have been on the phone with XM Radio. They claimed to have sent a signal and got a signal error and determined that my antennae needs fixing. I've been reading online that other folks are running into the same problem. Yes, I am in an open area and the car isn't driven much to cause any hardware disconnect as XM radio rep claims. I've been trying to get ahold of Honda service and all I keep getting is voicemail.
